📦 RETURNS

We accept returns within 30 days 
of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, 
your item must be:

✅ Unused and in original condition
✅ In the original packaging
✅ Purchased directly from 
   Syamya store

We do NOT accept returns for:

❌ Items damaged by misuse
❌ Items returned after 30 days
❌ Final sale or discounted items

💰 REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect 
your returned item, we will 
notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will 
be processed within 5–7 
business days back to your 
original payment method.

Please note:
• Original shipping fees are 
  non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are 
  the responsibility of the customer
